In the need to belong members pay a price.                                                                                                                      The right to belong is compromised due to the member’s behaviour, clashing with the values and expectations of the clan.                              Exclusions creates pain in the whole system and an empty spot and black sheep.                                               

 The idea of “us and them” is causing fear, judgement and wars.
